The parade passed right in front of the hotel during the Hachinohe Festival, making it the perfect location. The staff even provided folding chairs for guests to enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were helpful with any language barriers. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay during the festival.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were great. Free parking and easy transportation were available. The hotel's location was close to everything, including a local festival with grandeur that I had underestimated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious.

Spacious parking lot and clean room. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for visiting the festival. It was nice to see the parade passing in front of the hotel and the float displays were just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of having a rent-a-car office next to the hotel.
The hotel's staff had poor manners and made us feel uncomfortable. They lacked hospitality skills, did not smile, and had cold expressions.

We had an amazing time during our city break at this hotel. the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start. the free parking was a huge plus for us, especially since we rented a car during our stay. the location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved that the room was clean and modern, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
That there was only one elevator, which made for some long waits at times. this didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

As I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my hotel was just a few steps away from one of the most remarkable festivals known to the locals, although I had no idea about its grandness. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and convenience stores. the room was spacious, clean, and well, equipped with all the essential amenities, such as a mini. the staff was courteous and attentive to my needs, making my stay comfortable. Finally, I was pleased with the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of choices.
The hotel lacked an extraordinary view, but that was not a deal, breaker as I wasn't mainly in the room.
